La Vita Nuova is now hiring warm, attentive servers who love creating memorable dining experiences. We are a neighborhood restaurant on a historic corner of Olde Town Elkhorn. Our concept is built around classic, Italian-inspired food and genuine hospitality. Our menu focuses on high‐quality ingredients, seasonal produce, and traditional Italian flavors prepared with care.

A great candidate has...

• Experience in full‐service dining; Italian or ingredient‐driven restaurants a plus
• A naturally warm presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, organized, and attentive during busy services
• Comfort explaining dishes, ingredients, and wine pairings
• Reliability and professionalism
