Job Summary Seafood Seller is not your average "cookie cutter" restaurant, we are lively Cajun style seafood restaurant with a fun, fast paced, guest - focused environment. Weare seeking an experienced Server to join our team! Our amazing servers are the face of our restaurant and play an integral role in our customer's dining experience. You will build rapport with customers, possess a strong knowledge of our menu, be able to answer customer questions, take orders, and serve food and drinks in an efficient manner that delivers a memorable experience for each guest.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, positive, outgoing, has fantastic attention to detail and enjoys creating a memorable dining experience for each guest.
Responsibilities:
Take food and beverage orders from customers
Answer questions about the menu and preparation
Provide accurate orders to the kitchen staff
Check with customers periodically during their meals to ensure they are satisfied
Take orders from customers for food and beverages
Provide customers with their checks at the end of the meal and process payment
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server
Friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent communication skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and carrying trays
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must have transportation.
Must have flexible schedule to include days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
