Overview We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server with a minimum of five years of upscale or luxury dining experience. - Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, grace, and attentiveness
- Offer detailed menu descriptions, provide recommendations, and guide guests through a memorable dining experience
- Ensure flawless order taking, food and beverage presentation, and timely service
- Display expertise in wine pairing and confidently make suggestions to enhance the dining experience
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and sommelier to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hygiene in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a calm and professional demeanor
Ideal Prerequisites:
- Has worked in Michelin-recognized, Forbes-rated, AAA Four Diamond/Five Diamond, luxury hotel, or chef-driven restaurants
- Italian cuisine knowledge preferred
- Wine-focused environment
- Possesses advanced wine knowledge (WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent experience is a plus)
- Understands sequence of service, wine presentation, and elevated guest engagement
- Thrives in a performance-driven environment with high service expectations

- Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences and cultivating repeat clientele
- Ability to carry multiple tables while maintaining precise service standards
- Professional appearance, polished communication skills, and strong attention to detail
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
