801 Fish St. Louis is hiring for part-time Servers!
If you have a passion for service, commitment to uncompromising quality and strong attention to detail, then we want to talk to you! Previous service experience in an upscale/fine dining restaurant is required.
Requirements & Expectations:
- Minimum of 2 years, but preferably at least 4 years of serving experience in an upscale, fine dining establishment.
- Advanced knowledge and terminology of beer, wine, and spirits is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, highly motivated professional with a strong sense of hospitality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a true passion for fine service, food and drink.
- Must have the ability to work effectively as part of a team and be open to learning new things.
- Ability to demonstrate hospitality, warmth, and expertise to guests and coworkers in a busy, sometimes fast-paced / high-stress environment.
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively with both front of the house and back of the house team members in a loud environment.
- Available for evening shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and some holidays.
- Regular, predictable, reliable attendance is required.
Physical requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Physical ability to work on your feet, alertly, for extended periods of time
- Ability to maintain balance of food and drink service trays
- Physical ability to frequently lift up to 30lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs
- Ability to bend, reach, squat, kneel, climb and twist
