Server Job Responsibilities:

• Serves guests with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
• Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
• Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
• Protects establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation, safety policies.
• Transmits orders to the kitchen by recording guest choices and identifying any special dietary needs and special requests.
• Offers a team presence by being a team player and utilizing the team dynamic.
• Maintains table by pre-bussing empty plates/glassware, refilling drinks, and being alert to guests' needs.
• Responsible for cash handling when presenting the check to the guest. 
• Responsible for resetting and sanitizing station as well as all other cleaning/duties for the shift as needed or directed.

• 18 years of age, 17 years with previous, verifiable server experience
