Larkin’s Restaurants is seeking friendly, attentive Servers who genuinely enjoy creating memorable dining experiences. Our Servers are ambassadors of our brand, combining warm hospitality, strong product knowledge, and efficient service to make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service
• Guide guests through our food and beverage menus
• Take and enter orders accurately using the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages according to service standards
• Anticipate guest needs and maintain tables throughout the experience
• Recommend beverages, pairings, desserts, and featured items
• Process payments accurately
• Support teammates with food running, table maintenance, and side work
• Follow food safety and responsible alcohol-service practices
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Previous full-service restaurant experience preferred but not required
• Wine, beer, spirits, or Toast POS experience is a plus

Schedule and Physical Requirements

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry trays weighing up to 30 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, climb stairs, and work efficiently during busy service periods

Responsible Alcohol Service Certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment when required. Candidates continuing in the hiring process will also complete company-designated pre-employment assessments.
