About the Role We're seeking an experienced, service-driven Server to deliver warm, attentive, and professional dining experiences for our members and guests at the 1901 Grille.
Key Responsibilities
Greet members and guests warmly and provide five-star service
Confidently describe menu items, specials, and beverage offerings
Accurately enter orders in the POS system (Jonas)
Communicate special requests, allergies, and modifications to culinary teams
Review orders before delivery to ensure accuracy
Clear and reset tables throughout service
Support teammates and collaborate with bartenders and banquet staff
Maintain knowledge of food, wine, beer, and spirits
Assist with opening/closing duties and side work
Maintain clean and organized dining and back-of-house spaces

What You Bring
Minimum 2 years of serving experience; bartending and/or country club experience preferred
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
