GROTTO SERVER
The Grotto server is responsible for delivering exceptional, persoalized dining experiences by providing attentive, knowledgeable and professional table service. This position ensures guests receive the highest level of hospitality while maintaining the standards of the Grotto expeience.
Qualifications:High School diploma of GED preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of fine dining, upscale restaurant hotel, or private club serving experience preferred.
Thorough knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktails , and fine dining service standards.
