As a Server at Sweetwater, you will be responsible for providing
an exceptional dining experience by delivering high -quality food and beverage service
to our guests. You will be the primary point of contact for customers during their
meal, taking orders, making recommendations, serving food and drinks, and ensuring
that every guest feels welcome and cared for. Your ability to work efficiently
in a fast -paced environment, multitask, and provide friendly, attentive service
will be essential. All Servers must be TIPS certified within 30 days of their hire
date.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly attitude, ensuring they
feel comfortable and valued.
<\/span><\/li> - Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen
and bar staff in a timely manner.
<\/span><\/li> - Make recommendations on food and drinks based on guest preferences,
dietary restrictions, and current menu offerings.
<\/span><\/li> - Serve food and beverages to guests quickly and in accordance
with restaurant standards.
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure that all orders are correct, complete, and delivered in
a timely manner.
<\/span><\/li> - Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
and address any additional needs or concerns<\/span>
<\/li> - Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, daily specials,
and wine list to provide informed suggestions to guests.
<\/span><\/li> - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and
calm manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
<\/span><\/li> - Clear dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables after meals
and reset tables for the next guests.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including
dining tables, chairs, and utensils.
<\/span><\/li> - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and process
guest checks promptly.
<\/span><\/li> - Work collaboratively with fellow servers, kitchen staff, and
management to ensure smooth service during peak hours.<\/span>
<\/li> - Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up
and breaking down dining areas.<\/span>
<\/li> - Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed, including
food safety and sanitation procedures.<\/span>
<\/li> - Upsell menu items, beverages, and special promotions to maximize
sales.

Requirements<\/h3>- Previous experience as a server in a high -volume restaurant
or similar fast -paced environment is preferred.
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability
to interact positively with guests and coworkers.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to multitask and handle multiple tables in a busy environment
while maintaining a high level of customer service.
<\/span><\/li> - Strong attention to detail and a customer -first mentality.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to stand for long periods of time and carry trays of
food and drinks weighing up to 25 pounds.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to remain calm and professional during peak hours or
challenging situations.
<\/span><\/li> - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
<\/span><\/li> - Food handling certification (if required by local law) and knowledge
of health and safety regulations is a plus.
