We are seeking a compassionate Server to provide exceptional dining experiences for seniors in a luxurious, resort-style environment.
Primary responsibilities include delivering gracious hospitality, assisting in the bar and coffee shop, guiding guests through menus, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, taking accurate orders, and supporting meal prep and stock levels. The role involves setting tables, assisting with special events, and ensuring prompt, world-class service.
Requirements include a caring attitude, high school diploma or GED, food service/hospitality experience, and possibly ServSafe and Bar Card certifications. Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, and strong communication skills are essential.
