Position Summary

We’re looking for an experienced, professional Server who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. The ideal candidate brings energy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional table service.
• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.
• Learn our menu and daily specials thoroughly to make confident recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area.
• Support teammates and practice unconditional hospitality toward all staff members.
• Uphold Two Guys from Italy’s core value: Casual dining at its finest.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm and positive during busy shifts.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a true team player.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine or wine service is a plus (but not required).
