The Server provides prompt, friendly food and beverage service following the CHARM model to ensure a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities include welcoming guests, explaining menu offerings, suggestively selling, accurately recording orders, delivering food and drinks, and checking back to ensure satisfaction.
They assist with opening and closing duties, handle payments, and promote current features.
Must serve alcohol responsibly, respond to guest needs promptly, and maintain professionalism.
Qualifications include being at least 18 years old, having a high school diploma or equivalent (preferred), and the ability to work flexible shifts.
Skills required include excellent communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience is not required.
