Position Summary:

The Server is a highly visible role and is key to the success of our venue's operations. This role serves as an ambassador to our guests and helps to ensure the ambiance of the event is maintained and guest expectations are met. and exceed. All while embodying our core values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and in uniform
• Bring required tools: wine keys, order notepads, and personal pen
• Set up the dining room for service before doors open
• Greet all guests within two minutes of being seated
• Deliver genuine, confident, and thoughtful service that reflects your personality
• Accurately enter orders into the POS, course food appropriately, and communicate guest preferences
• Note and verbally communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies
• Check in with each table during service to ensure satisfaction
• Ask for help or involve a manager when needed
• Make knowledgeable menu and pairing suggestions
• Execute proper wine service and confidently describe menu items
• Run food for the entire restaurant, not just your section
• Present the check, process payment, and thank guests sincerely
• Lead guests through the full dining experience with warmth and hospitality
• Support the host team with seating and end-of-night duties
• Assist in resetting tables and restocking service items
• Participate in weekly cleaning duties and maintain a tidy work environment
• Embrace a team-first mentality: full hands in, full hands out
• Stay calm, alert, and efficient under pressure
• Take ownership of your section while remaining open to collaboration

Schedule Expectations:

This is an hourly, tipped position. The Server is expected to work scheduled service shifts, with consistent evening and weekend availability required. Some closing shifts may be part of the weekly schedule.

Qualifications & Expectations:

• Ability to communicate clearly and remain composed under pressure
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
• Commitment to teamwork and collaboration
• Thorough knowledge of the full menu, including ingredients and preparation techniques
• Ability to execute professional wine service
• Deep understanding of the wine list and house cocktail program
• Familiarity with classic and contemporary cocktails and pairings
• High level of spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Genuine interest in hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
• Must be 19+ years of age.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a restaurant/event environment.  This role requires primarily standing and walking during entire shift.  Work environment is fast-paced and team member must be able to manage multiple priorities throughout a shift.
