We are a family owned and operated breakfast and lunch restaurant located off of 377 in Keller looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service, taking accurate orders and assisting with any guest needs.
Duties
Provide detailed information on food and beverage options
Take accurate orders using POS system
Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including pre-bussing tables
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards during food handling and preparation
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Qualifications
Previous experience in full-service breakfast restaurant or similar required
Experience mixing drinks and/or making simple cocktails preferred, but not required
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations
Basic math skills for order processing and cash handling tasks
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices is essential
Food Handler's and TABC certifications required
