Server - Lillie's

Overview:

Provides friendly and efficient food and beverage service to restaurant guests in accordance with outlet standards.  Assuring that guests have an exceptional, exciting and fun dining experience

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for acknowledging guest in a friendly and timely manner while consistently maintaining a high level of standards.
• Responsible for obtaining payment for food and beverage service.
• Responsible for providing introductions, taking orders from guests, recommending food choices (suggestive selling), and presenting food in accordance with outlet standards.
• Assisting with clearing tables, transporting dirty dishes, and all other aspects of service to ensure the satisfaction of the whole dining experience.
• Maintain dining room and workstation cleanliness, sanitation and organization throughout and at end of shift.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Six months’ experience in Dining Room operations beneficial. On-the-job training available.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience.
• Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals.
• Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Display strong work ethic and team work.
