Servers at Flyway Brewing are more than just order takers—they’re storytellers, guides, and the heartbeat of the guest experience. A great server knows how to engage, read a table’s energy, and curate an experience that keeps people coming back. If you’re passionate about food, beer, wine, and spirits—and you’re the kind of person who lights up a room—we want to hear from you.
Core Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and maintain a gracious, welcoming presence throughout service
- Master the food and beverage menu to provide thoughtful recommendations and upsells
- Personalize each interaction to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Execute proper steps of service with professionalism and consistency
- Accurately input orders and handle payments using our POS system
- Assist in other service areas as needed (e.g. running food, bussing tables)
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients and allergens; communicate effectively with the kitchen team
- Fully open and close assigned section and complete all side work
- Fulfill additional duties as assigned by management
