Food & Beverage Server Summer and Extended Season (9+ month) positions are available! Woods Hole Golf Club is now hiring service-driven, dependable servers to join our Food & Beverage team. We are especially interested in local candidates seeking employment of up to 10 months who want to grow with a respected, member-focused private club. Pay: Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience Ideal for individuals with flexible schedules – summer and extended seasonal availability Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional dining service to members and guests
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and professionally
- Share knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage pairings
- Enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen
- Maintain clean, organized service stations and dining areas
- Complete side work and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service
- Assist with service during special events and golf-related functions
Qualifications: - 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience preferred (but not required)
- Must be 18+ years old (per MA alcohol service laws)
- Reliable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and guest-service skills
- U.S. work authorization
Physical Demands & Work Environment: - Primary work location: Clubhouse (occasional golf course service)
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry items for long periods
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in hot, humid, and active environments
