Salary Range: $17.13 - $21.50 per hour, DOE

Shift: Part Time 4pm to 7pm

Commuter Bonus (must qualify +20 miles)

Position Overview:

The Primary purpose of the Server is to serve meals, provide excellent customer service, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience is provided for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Engagement: Provide top notch dining services while creating positive interactions with our residents
• Team Player: Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure top level dining services are provided while working together to problem solve
• Community Relations: Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the broader community to create a supportive and inclusive living environment.
• Quality of Care: Ensure highest quality of dining services are provided to residents while meeting their physical, emotional, and social needs.
• Organizational Support and Professionalism: Follows all policies and procedures while supporting the organization's goals and values and remaining professional at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be age 18 or over since this position will be required to serve alcohol.
• Must have regular, reliable transportation with license in good standing.
• Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D) preferred
• Abilities:
• Proficient at reading, writing, and communicating in English
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Able to push, pull, carry and walk 80% of the work day
