Position Overview

We are looking for an energetic and personable Server to join our team. Servers are responsible for providing attentive, friendly service while helping guests navigate our food, beverage, and wine offerings. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, communicates well, and takes pride in making every guest feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Explain menu items, specials, and beverage options and answer guest questions
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and beverages efficiently and ensure orders are accurate
• Check in with guests throughout their meal and respond to requests
• Process payments accurately
• Maintain clean and organized tables, dining areas, and service stations
• Assist with opening, closing, and side-work responsibilities
• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house team members to provide a smooth guest experience
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol-service requirements

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
