Responsibilities:Build positive relationships with guests, coworkers, and managersPrioritize a quality customer experience with a warm and friendly approach and efficient serviceDevelop a thorough knowledge of food and beverage menusAccurately ring up all food and beverages, per customer orderAssist with bussing tables in assigned section, greeting guests, and delivering food to assigned tables as neededClean assigned section and sanitize workspace in service areas as needed per restaurant protocolsProvide safe alcohol service through use of company resources, proper ID checks, and identifying signs of intoxicationManage guest checkout process by efficiently and responsibly handling cash and credit card transactionsOccasionally answer phone and assist walk-in guests with carryout orders as neededBecome knowledgeable about the Good Food Rewards program and manage in accordance with company policyFollow all safety and sanitation procedures per company policy, in alignment with health department regulationsEffectively communicate with bar, kitchen, and management teams to provide quality customer service Required Qualifications:Previous serving experience preferredEnthusiasm for customer service and a guest-first mentalityBasic computer literacyBasic math skillsMust be 19+ to applyWhat We Offer:Beer Barrel Pizza & Grill provides a fun and family-friendly work environment.
