Job Summary

Providing unique and exceptional dining experiences while making guests happy is at the heart of what we do at Babalu. Our service staff is a team of charismatic, guest-oriented individuals. Your role as a server will be focused on making the guest experience the best that it can be. Responsibilities
 

• Provide outstanding service to all guests 
• Guide guests through the food and beverage menus and make suggestions 
• Work positively and effectively alongside both front and back of house teams 

Essential Requirements: 

• Must be at least 18 years of age 
• Be able to stand, walk, and carry food for long periods of time 
• English reading and communications skills 
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to identify and prioritize tasks to maintain high-quality guest service 
• Ability to effectively implement the three C's: coordination, Consolidation, and communication 
• Ability to obtain necessary food and liquor permits 

Preferred Skills:
 

• Prior restaurant or retail experience 
• Prior experience using Aloha POS systems 
• Previous experience in a fast-paced high-volume environment
