Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as servers. As a server at Ling and Louie's, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and seating guests in a friendly and professional manner
Taking accurate food and beverage orders and conveying them to the kitchen staff
Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
Providing attentive and personalized service to ensure guest satisfaction
Answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods
Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service
Handling guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of tables, workstations, and dining areas

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role preferred
Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including Asian cuisine, is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
