What You’ll Do:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to each guest
- Guide guests through the menu with confidence, making thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively ensure an exceptional dining experience
- Work collaboratively with teammates, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean, organized section and adhere to all service standards
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care to ensure guest satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
- Strong food, beverage, and wine knowledge is an asset
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills
- A passion for delivering outstanding hospitality and building guest relationships
- Professional, polished demeanor with a positive and energetic attitude
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tables at once
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
