Job Description:

IHOP is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Servers to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing information on specials and answering questions about food and beverage items.
* Take accurate food and drink orders, utilizing POS systems efficiently.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, adhering to all safety and hygiene standards.
* Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to requests.
* Process payments accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
* Handle guest complaints and resolve issues gracefully, escalating to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
* Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
