Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests promptly and take drink orders with a friendly demeanor.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to all safety and health regulations.
• Utilize POS systems, including Aloha POS, to process orders and manage transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and tables, including bussing duties as needed.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any requests or concerns.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service.
• Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
