Description
Magnolia Green Golf Club, located in Moseley, VA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Server! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay Range:
$4.00 to $5.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintains a professional appearance at all times
- Provides prompt and efficient customer service
- Displays knowledge of the F&B menu
- Takes guests' food and drink orders and turns them in to the kitchen, bar, and other applicable areas
- Serves beverages and prepared meals to guests in an accurate and timely manner
- Adheres to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies, including confirming legal drinking age and discontinuing service to intoxicated guests
- Checks back to ensure guest satisfaction; replenishes items as necessary or as requested
- Suggests and serves dessert, coffee, and other items as applicable or necessary
- Handles all cash and credit card payments following standard operating procedures
- Keeps tables, dining room, and workstations sanitized and organized
- Listens and responds to customer complaints
- Performs cleanup and closing procedures as assigned by the manager
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
Minimum Qualifications:
- One to two years of food service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A thorough understanding of fine and casual dining
- Must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Must be dependable
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment

This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms:
