Camino Real 3 Mexican Restaurant. Acts as the primary point of contact between restaurant customers and the kitchen, taking orders, serving food and drinks, processing payments, and ensuring a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming atmosphere. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering questions about the menu, managing tables efficiently, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff. A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively with cooks, bussers, and other staff. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry items up to 25-35 pounds, bend, stoop, and reach, and endurance to work in a fast-paced environment with a high-stress level. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is helpful.
