Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent service to our guests, building rapport with regulars and balancing efficiency and hospitality
- Upkeep table maintenance, ensuring plates, silverware and glassware are cleared in a timely manner and replenished as needed
- Maintain food and beverage menu knowledge, including awareness of allergens and dietary restrictions
- Complete shift sidework and uphold restaurant cleanliness
- Communicate professionally and work in a collaborative environment with management and coworkers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of serving experience
- A passion for hospitality and food and beverage
- Working knowledge of POS systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift wine cases (up to 50 lbs)
- Ability to perform essential job functions when working in a high business volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to walk, stand, and/or bend continuously and for extended periods of time as required to perform essential job functions
- Able to lift 35+ lbs.
- Able to work nights, weekends and holidays, and variable schedule, per the needs of the business
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Working proficiency of written and spoken English

- Please be advised, the hourly rate is $17.00 per hour less a $5.65 tip credit.
