Server High-Volume Restaurant/Bar
We are seeking experienced, energetic servers to join our team in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and bar environment. This role is ideal for hospitality professionals who thrive under pressure, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and work well within a team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and efficient service to all guests
- Maintain strong menu awareness and confidently guide guests through food and beverage selections
- Work collaboratively with bartenders, runners, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle high-volume service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
- Uphold all service standards, cleanliness, and organizational expectations
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of serving experience in New York City
- Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays (required)
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Beer knowledge is a plus, but not required
