Greet each member and guest with an upbeat voice and welcoming smile
Learn and demonstrate an understanding of the food, beverage and ingredients of all of the offerings; be able to guide guests through menus in a manner that creates interest and enthusiasm while promoting items by utilizing suggestive selling techniques
Provide guests with a reason to return by interacting in the Restaurant & Café seating area and throughout the pool complex, build rapport, deliver the best possible service and experience during our guests’ visits
Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations inside the restaurant area and around the outdoor pool complex
Provide friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
Prepare for general restaurant operations by completing all side work designated on the opening and closing check lists;
Maintain a sanitary environment; including keeping guest’s tables and service area clean.
Handle products properly, using equipment and keeping accurate logs in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
Support culinary operations
Clear and turnover tables in a quick and efficient manner
Operate cash register and complete food checks and secure proper payment
