Compensation

On average, servers at Ledges Restaurant earn $20–$30 per hour, with top performers earning over $40 per hour, combining base pay and gratuities.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests, present menus, and provide attentive, professional service throughout their meal.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions about menu items, preparation methods, and ingredients with confidence.
• Offer thoughtful suggestions and upsell items to enhance the dining experience.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
• Process payments accurately while following proper cash-handling procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, including setting, clearing, and resetting tables.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and resort standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous serving experience preferred; strong interest in hospitality required.

• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
