We are hiring a Full-Time Server for our vibrant Dining Services team, working in Della Terra and assisting with bartending during Happy Hour in La Taverna. The role involves greeting residents, taking and serving orders, preparing baked goods, maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, and operating POS systems. Servers also support food expediting, beverage preparation, and training new staff, all while practicing safety and sanitation standards.
Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication, willingness to work weekends and holidays, and physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds. Experience is a plus but not mandatory. The schedule is weekdays, alternating hours, with a focus on delivering excellent service in a senior living environment.
