Job Description:
- Assist guest in a sincere and courteous manner to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ensure tables are prepared with condiments, candles, napkins, service plates and utensils
- Help patrons select food and beverages by presenting menu, offering cocktails and aperitifs, suggesting courses, explaining menu items, and answering food preparation questions
- Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
Job Requirements:
- Must have a current food handlers permit
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Previous restaurant service experience a plus
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
