We're looking for energetic, professional, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team and help create memorable dining experiences from day one.

Position Overview
As a Server at Nouvia, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality while guiding guests through our food and beverage offerings.
We are looking for individuals who are personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to providing outstanding service.
Our servers are expected to create memorable experiences that encourage guests to return again and again.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience
- Deliver exceptional hospitality from greeting to farewell
- Build genuine relationships with guests
- Create memorable dining experiences through attentive and personalized service
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations
- Handle guest concerns professionally and confidently
Food & Beverage Service
- Guide guests through the menu and provide recommendations
- Explain menu items, ingredients, and daily specials
- Recommend wine, cocktails, and beverage pairings
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables are maintained throughout the dining experience
Sales & Upselling
- Recommend appetizers, desserts, premium beverages, and specialty cocktails
- Maximize guest satisfaction while increasing average check
- Promote featured menu items and seasonal offerings
Teamwork
- Work closely with bartenders, hosts, kitchen staff, and management
- Assist teammates during busy periods
- Help maintain a clean and organized dining room
- Support opening and closing duties
Pre-Opening Responsibilities
Prior to opening, you may assist with:
- Restaurant setup and organization
- Menu training and food tastings
- Service rehearsals
- Soft opening events
- Learning company service standards
- Team training and onboarding
