Daily Breakdown of Job Responsibilities:
- Perform opening, throughout shift and closing side work based on the attached sheet
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout your assigned section and the restaurant
- Do not walk out of the kitchen empty handed and do not walk into the kitchen empty handed
- Must be in control of their station and use server assistants only for assistance.
- Must be on the floor at their idol position at all times during business hours. They must be attentive to their tables at all times.
