Burger Theory, located inside the Holiday Inn Riverfront, is seeking energetic, friendly, and customer-focused Servers to join our hospitality team. If you enjoy creating memorable dining experiences, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service to restaurant patrons and hotel guests. You will ensure every guest enjoys a welcoming atmosphere, prompt service, and delicious food and beverage offerings.


Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive dining experience.
• Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
• Prepare and present checks while processing payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
