Server
Responsible for providing friendly, attentive and efficient service to our members/guests and for assuring that members and guests receive meals that are served according to our standards.
- Maintaining proper standards of server attire
- Greeting the party and recording the name and account number of the member(s)
- Exhibiting a thorough knowledge of the Quail Ridge Country Club menu and daily specials
- Providing members with quick and efficient service of food and beverages
- Ensure food is properly garnished and hot food is covered and always served on a tray
- Exhibiting a cheerful and enthusiastic attitude of personalized service to members and guests
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as needed basis.
- Lifting and carrying 15-25 lb. trays of food and beverages, is required
- Wait service/serverexperience required, country club service a plus
- Physically able to perform all duties required
- Neat appearance, courteous manner and good interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and a good attendance record are expected
