Job Description

We are seeking a Server Patch Management / Infrastructure Automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in RHEL and Windows Server administration, enterprise patch management, and automation tooling and a proven ability to plan, execute, and improve large-scale patch deployments while reducing failures and risk.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor patch deployment jobs across RHEL and Windows servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patching failures and related production issues.
• Partner with engineering and technology teams to improve patching velocity and success rates.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and communicate status, risks, and remediation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux and/or Windows Server systems administration.
• Hands-on patch management in enterprise-scale environments.
• Proficiency with BMC TrueSight Orchestration and Tanium.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes.
• Proficient in at least one scripting language such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Strong analytical thinking and production support skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a global team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Ansible and Python.
• Background in financial services and technology infrastructure teams.
