Required skills and qualifications to be a Server with Kaya:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
- Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Physical requirements for Server with Kaya:
- Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
- Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
