Server

What You’ll Do:

1. Deliver warm, polished, and attentive service to every guest in a high-energy bar and game room environment.
2. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on food, cocktails, beer, and wine to enhance the guest experience.
3. Support front-of-house operations by assisting servers and bartenders during service to maintain smooth flow and strong service standards.
4. Act as a point of communication between servers, bartenders, kitchen, and management to ensure efficient service execution.
5. Help reinforce service standards, cleanliness, and guest-first hospitality throughout each shift.
6. Monitor guest experience on the floor and address service needs or concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Participate in pre-shift meetings, reviewing daily notes, specials, events, and service expectations.
8. Assist with table and bar area flow, pacing, and guest seating as needed.
9. Support the team during peak periods by running food, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting behind the bar when appropriate.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
2. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
3. TIP certification required (or willingness to obtain prior to start).
4. Basic understanding of food, cocktail, beer, and wine pairings.
5. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
6. A passion for hospitality and creating a fun, welcoming guest experience.
7. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
8. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and reliability.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests, coworkers, and management.
2. Ability to read and write to support effective communication.
3. Ability to communicate information clearly during pre-shift meetings and throughout service.
4. Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
5. Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
6. Comfortable working on your feet for extended shifts in a busy bar and game room environment.

Position Details:
