Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive dining experience from start to finish
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while checking in on guest satisfaction
• Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages to enhance the guest experience
• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and with a solutions-focused attitude
• Process payments accurately using the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, stations, and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

• Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required — we'll train the right person!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
• OLCC Service Permit or willingness to obtain one (required for serving alcohol in Oregon)
• Food Handler's Card or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
