DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides continuous, prompt, and courteous service to customers.
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance and complies with safety practices.
  • Explains menu items and specials, makes recommendations, and takes food orders and enters into the POS System.
  • Serves food and beverage according to customer specifications, checks on customers for condiments, beverages or additional food items and follows up with satisfaction of customers.
  • Assists all other front staff when the need arises by bussing, cashiering, hosting, clearing or setting tables, being a team player, etc.
  • Effectively works and communicates with other departments, vendors, customers to resolve problems and expedite work or services.
  • Complies with all MICS, rule, regulations, policies and procedures of the department.
  • Attends mandatory staff and departmental meetings.
  • All other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have the ability to communicate orally and in writing.
  • Attend all trainings and opportunities such as CPR/First Aid, Title 31, MICS,

 

WORK ENVIROMENT:

  • Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)
  • Must be able to work in a second-hand smoke, high noise, bright lights, dusty and smoke-filled environment.
  • Must be dependable, reliable, and able to work alternating shifts including peak hours, promotions, holidays, and weekends
  • Must be able to stoop, knee, crawl, stand, walk, reach near and far.
  • Must have the ability to deal with frequent changes, delays, and unexpected events at times.
  • Must have the ability to adapt quickly to rapid changes while maintaining composure and excellent guest relations under all circumstances.

 

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:

  • Must be able to demonstrate their US work authorization during the employment verification process.
  • Must be 18 at the time of hire.
  • Must be able to pass a background investigation.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test.
  • Must have a valid Wyoming Driver’s License
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
