Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat residents in a warm, welcoming manner to create a positive first impression
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them efficiently to the kitchen staff
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while ensuring order accuracy
• Anticipate resident needs, respond to requests, and resolve any concerns promptly
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including daily specials, ingredients, and allergens
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set between seatings

Requirements:

• Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods of time
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet Michigan state age requirements for serving alcohol where applicable
