Join a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant as a BEST Server! This role offers buffet-style service with no food ordering, check splitting, or making change responsibilities, and no tip sharing.

Hospitality:

• Ensure guest satisfaction by following the Eight Steps of Service.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive environment and practice positive public relations.
• Anticipate guest needs to enhance their experience.
• Show enthusiasm and promote new products and specials.
• Assist team members to deliver outstanding service.

Operational Excellence:

• Understand product details and verify receipts match party sizes.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Report equipment or facility issues to management.
• Follow proper table bussing procedures and safe work practices.

Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness standards and meet health department regulations.
• Follow duty roster and uphold quality service standards.
