Provide friendly, knowledgeable service in the tasting room

Lead wine tastings and guide guests through wine selections

Serve wine, food, and desserts with polished presentation

Maintain a clean, organized tasting room and outdoor area

Handle POS transactions accurately

Restock wine, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift

Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service

Requirements

Serving or hospitality experience required (winery experience a plus)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable learning and speaking about wine

Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment

Must be 18+ and TABC certified (or willing to obtain)

Weekend availability required; occasional evenings for events
