Brown Iron Brewhouse, a renowned community house that celebrates outstanding American beer with delicious smokehouse cuisine, is seeking talented Servers to join our team. As a Server at Brown Iron Brewhouse, you will have the opportunity to work in a fun and loving atmosphere while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take orders and deliver food and beverages
- Provide menu recommendations to guests
- Ensure exceptional customer experience
- Greet, seat, and escort guests
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Communicate order details to the kitchen staff
- Deliver checks and collect bill payments
- Clean and maintain the appearance of tables and tableware
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to handle money transactions responsibly
- Excellent multitasking and quick thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Cicerone Certified Beer Server certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
We offer a flexible schedule, including weekend, day, and night shifts. As a Server at Brown Iron Brewhouse, you will also have the opportunity to earn tips in addition to your hourly wage of $3.75.
