As a Server at Minneapolis Golf Club, you will be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to our valued members and their guests in accordance with our continued efforts to deliver outstanding service.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest of standards:What you'll do for us:Respond to members and their guests in a timely, efficient and professional mannerMaintain exemplary knowledge of restaurant menus, as well as changing promotions and specialsTake Member/Guest food and beverage orders, and input orders into our POS systemRetrieve and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely mannerReplenish beverages, clear plates, reset tables, and ensure Member/Guest satisfaction throughout serviceServe alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Federal, State, Local and Club regulationsCommunicate with Management and Kitchen staff to ensure prompt and efficient serviceStock glasses, silverware, and related supplies, and completes other duties as assigned Who we want:You have consistent availability to work 2-3 serving shifts per weekYou are ok working weekday evenings and weekendsYou are friendly and personableYou have a willingness to learn and work as part of a teamYou conduct yourself in a professional manner at all timesYou have a passion for performing your duties to the best of your abilities, and you're able to adapt and improve where necessaryYou have a passion for food and/or beverage, and are willing to expand your horizons and take on new challenges within the industryYou have the ability to think on your feet and make decisions when neededYou have the ability to work on your feet for at least 8 hours Ideal OpportunityWorking as a Restaurant Server at Minneapolis Golf Club gets you excited about the Food and Beverage industry and motivates you to learn and grow within a creative and motivated team that believes in working together for the satisfaction of our Members and their Guests.
