SUMMARY
The Server is responsible to sell and effectively serve quality products in a professional and hospitable manner to guests. This requires thorough product knowledge of all items on our menu, competence in service procedures and commitment to customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and establishing rapport with customers while informing them of products and services.
- Knowledge of products to provide customers with recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Strictly adheres to laws governing the sale of alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain store safety standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding people skills.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- TABC certificate.
- Previous experience working as a server is helpful but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires (nights, weekends and holidays). Must have reliable transportation.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Frequent bending, lifting, and kneeling.
