The Wait Staff is responsible for delivering accurate and efficient food and beverage service in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring high standards of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities include completing assigned tasks, maintaining cleanliness, setting up tables, serving patrons, providing menu assistance, upselling, processing payments, and collaborating with staff while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of restaurant server experience, High School Diploma, Food Handlers and TABC certifications, strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency with ordering systems, physical stamina, attention to detail, and a customer-centric attitude.
Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
