Elia is an upscale Greek restaurant in San Carlos dedicated to elevated Mediterranean cuisine, warm hospitality, and a refined guest experience. We are seeking an experienced and attentive Server to join our team and deliver the standard of service that defines Elia.

As a Server at Elia, you will be responsible for guiding guests through their dining experience from start to finish, offering knowledgeable menu and wine recommendations, and ensuring every table receives attentive, polished service. You will work closely with the kitchen, bar, and management team to maintain the seamless hospitality that guests expect at Elia.

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu with genuine knowledge of ingredients, preparation, and pairings
  
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar
  
• Deliver food and beverages promptly, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout the meal
  
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any concerns with professionalism and grace
  
• Maintain a clean, organized section and side stations in accordance with health and safety standards
  
• Process payments accurately and efficiently
  
• Collaborate with fellow servers, bartenders, and management to ensure smooth floor operations
  
• Stay current on daily specials, seasonal menu changes, and wine list updates
  
• Support private dining and group events with attentive, customized service when needed
  

• Minimum two years of serving experience, preferably in an upscale or fine dining environment
  
• Strong knowledge of food service standards, wine, and menu pairings
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high volume service
  
• Valid Food Handler certification, or willingness to obtain one
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
